These terms apply to every consignment booked with Netta Logistics. Please read them before booking.
01Insurance & liability

03Exclusions
We do not accept liability for breakables, fragile items, perishables, money, jewellery, valuables or documents of title, whether or not declared at the time of booking.
04Loading & unloading
Loading at origin and unloading at destination are the responsibility of the consignor and consignee respectively. Where our staff assist, hamali charges of [₹X] per package apply.

A tax invoice must accompany every commercial consignment. RC copy is mandatory for vehicles. A valid E-way bill is required where the consignment value exceeds [₹50,000], and must be produced at the time of booking.
06Transit time disclaimer
Transit times are indicative. Netta Logistics is not liable for loss, penalty or consequential damage arising from late arrival caused by breakdown, weather, strikes, statutory checks or any cause beyond our control.
07Collection window & demurrage
Consignments must be collected within [X] days of arrival intimation. Demurrage of [₹X per package per day] accrues thereafter.
08Uncollected consignments
